Manny Pacquiao will take the mound at Dodger Stadium on Labor Day. Pacquiao will be throwing the ceremonial first pitch before the Dodgers vs. Nationals game, this Monday, September 1, at 5:00 p.m. PT.

Remaining tickets to the game can be purchased via www.dodgers.com.

Pacquiao will be in Los Angeles as part of a 27,273-mile international media tour announcing his world championship fight against New York’s undefeated Chris Algieri. The tour has already seen them make appearances in Shanghai and Macau, as well as San Francisco. After Pacquiao’s first pitch stint at the Dodgers game, there are additional stops planned in Las Vegas and New York as well.

Pacquiao has a huge fan base all along the west coast, so he’ll surely have plenty of supporters to see his first pitch at the Dodgers game. L.A. also has plenty of boxing fans overall, so Pacquiao will certainly feel at home. We know he’s a basketball player, but can he play some of the national pastime as well? We’ll have to see.

Pacquiao (56-4-3) goes against Algieri (20-0), on Saturday, November 22, at The Venetian® Macao’s Cotai Arena.
