Trainer Robert Garcia, who works with a huge stable out of his gym, including brother Mikey Garcia, and superstar Nonito Donaire, is interviewed in this video, and talks about Donaire's upcoming fight against Guillermo Rigondeaux. He also talks about the potential of another clash which fans would love, Donaire vs. Garcia, and he says that's a no go. Take a look.

"Why would anything be proposed? There's no way, that fight's impossible." That's what trainer Robert Garcia says on Donaire vs. Mikey Garcia.

Still, Donaire will be moving up to the Featherweight division soon, and his brother Mikey is now a titleholder there. And they're both in the Top Rank family, and we know how Top Rank likes to keep things in-house between their own fighters.

So, never say never. But it certainly seems unlikely that we'll ever get to see that match-up. Hopefully we'll see those two fighters get in there with Abner Mares, however.
