The latest edition of Nordic Fight Night was held on Saturday at the Arena Nord in Frederikshavn, Denmark. Headlining the card was female superstar Cecilia Braekhus, and also in action were Mateusz Masternak and Erik Skoglund. Here’s a rundown of the results.

In the main event, the top women’s boxer in the world, Cecilia Braekhus, continued her winning ways. Braekhus dominated the fight and easily controlled yet another opponent.

The fight would go the distance, as Myriam Lamare was game, but Braekhus literally won every fight of the bout. She improves to 24-0, 7 KOs.

‘’The only reason Lamare was still standing was her twenty years of experience,’’ said Braekhus. ‘’Me and my new coach Otto Ramin have trained explosively and that came through in this fight.’’

“Cecilia was very strong, and an incredibly good boxer,” said Lamare. “For me, the time has come to step down. I wish Cecilia all the best in her career.”

Mateusz Masternak (31-1, 23 KOs) scored a fourth round knockout victory over Sandro Siproshvili (27-18, 13 KOs). The Polish cruiserweight took control of the early rounds before landing a big right hand in the fourth, which sent his opponent to the floor and down for the count.

Erik Skoglund improved to 19-0 with 10 KOs with a 12th round stoppage victory over Adasat Rodriguez. It was a fight for the European light heavyweight title.
