As part of the activities for the fighters, Pacquiao spoke with San Francisco Chronicle newspaper executive editorial staff during an interview, with Freddie Roach and Bob Arum. We also see Algieri arriving to the city itself, and getting into a quick training session. From there, the two made a special appearance on “Yahoo Sports Talk Live” with host Jim Kozimor) at Comcast SportsNet Bay Area. Pacquiao and Algieri each threw a first pitch at a Giants game, and got to hang out at the ballpark, meet some players and partake in some pregame festivities.

Algieri tells fans to do their research on why he deserves this fight, while Roach says the fight is not a difficult one. Pacquiao also responds to some comments about his height, while Algieri’s trainer chimes in as well.

Pacquiao and Algieri , are on a 27,273-mile media tour, that began on Monday, August 25 at The Venetian Macao. The 12-day tour includes press conferences or public and private appearances scheduled for Macau, Shanghai, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and New York.
