In attendance for the IBA boxing show in Turkey, Tyson Fury made headlines announcing a return to boxing.
Carl Froch has called out Fury for comments he made in the week.
Fury hasn’t featured in the ring since his rematch loss to Oleksandr Usyk in December last year.
Usyk dealt Fury the first loss of his 16-year career.
Former super-middleweight king Froch posted his thoughts on his personal X account.
So it looks like Tyson Fury has come out of retirement AGAIN! 🙄

Froch also spoke on the decision in the rematch which Fury continues to claim was the wrong call.
“I’ve just been reading about him b*tching and moaning about losing to Usyk, talking about he wants a fair shake. He boxed him in the first fight and was lucky not to get chinned end of round nine.

“The referee basically jumped in and saved him. Then he gets the rematch, and loses again.
“There’s no shame in losing to Oleksandr Usyk, he’s one of the best to do it.
“The judges ruled the correct decision not once but twice, you got beat fair and square. You’re good, but you’re not as good as you think you are.
“You’ve got a foot reach, foot height advantage, and loads of weight. You got beat by the smaller man, he’s a cruiserweight really. He’s done you twice, and he’ll do you for a third time.
“You got f**ing done get over it and move on.”
Froch believes Usyk would defeat ‘The Gypsy King’ for a third time and sees little point in a trilogy match.

Fury isn’t the first man ‘The Cobra’ has called out recently, making comments about many in the heavyweight division including Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder claiming both men are ‘finished’.
Froch is not alone in his views however with former heavyweight rival of Fury’s, Derek Chisora making his views known on Talksport Boxing.
Chisora instead wanted to see the long-awaited British clash between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua which continues to allude both men.
Usyk returns to the ring in under two weeks time to face Daniel Dubois so it is unlikely any concrete negotiations have taken place with Fury as ‘Team Usyk’ look to become undisputed for a third time.
