Manny Pacquiao left out Floyd Mayweather Jr when questioned who the top five opponents of his career are.
Pacquiao fought Mayweather in a welterweight unification billed as ‘The Fight Of The Century’, with ‘Money’ winning by unanimous decision in Las Vegas in 2015.
Mayweather retired two years later with an undefeated record of 50-0 and is widely considered like Pacquiao as one of the all-time greats.
However ’Pacman’, a veteran of 72 professional bouts, does not view the five-weight world champion as one of his top opponents.
Speaking to media earlier this week, the 46-year-old named Marco Antonio Barrera, Erik Morales, Juan Manuel Marquez, Oscar De La Hoya, Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito as the best fighters he’s faced.

Asked why he snubbed Mayweather from his list, Pacquiao replied: “Mayweather ran the whole 12 rounds and he won the fight.
“How is that?
“I feel sorry for the fans, because the fight was boring.
“That’s not what the fans are expecting from us as fighters.
“If I’m a fan, I want to see good fight, not a fashion show.
“We need action.”

The eight-division world champion looks to become the oldest welterweight world champion in history [a record he set when he defeated Keith Thurman in 2019 aged 40] when he challenges Mario Barrios for the WBC championship on July 19 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The Filipino great has been out of the ring since a unanimous decision defeat to Yordenis Ugas in a failed bid to claim the WBA welterweight title.
Pacquiao, a former Senator in the Philippines, has shut down suggestions that he is returning for money.

“Boxing is my passion,” he told Fight Hub TV.
“I’m so lonely.
“Now I’m back.

“I want to make boxing fans happy again like we did before.
“This is it.
“I can still keep on going and I hope the fans will be excited for July 19.”
