Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis will meet in an exhibition on November 14 in Atlanta.
A Paul-Davis showdown has been mooted for months and the pair will the now clash, with the bout to be streamed on Netflix.
Ring Magazine’s Mike Coppinger first reported the bout, although Paul confirmed it will be on November 14 instead of the November 15 date reported.
Paul had been in discussions to face former two-time heavyweight world champion, Anthony Joshua, but the showdown reportedly collapsed due to network issues.
‘The Problem Child’ was last seen in June, outpointing former world champion, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in a cruiserweight bout in Anaheim.
WBA lightweight champion, Davis hasn’t been in the ring since March where he was held to a draw by Lamont Roach Jr, the first blemish on his 31-fight professional record.

There is a huge weight disparity between the pair, who are separated by a whopping 65 pounds, although Paul previously claimed it would be at 195 pounds.
The 28-year-old was close to sealing a shock showdown with undisputed super middleweight champion, Canelo Alvarez in May, before the Mexican great opted to sign a four-fight deal with Saudi Arabian boxing chief, Turki Alalshikh.
The Ohio man then saw a proposed exhibition with ‘Tank’ fall through, claiming it collapsed due to Davis being locked into a rematch with Roach.

However, the rematch which was eyed for August 16 never materialised and in July, Davis was arrested on domestic violence charges.
The 30-year-old saw the charges against him dismissed with prejudice last week and his career appears to be back on track, albeit not in a unification with WBC champion, Shakur Stevenson, which remains one of the most highly-anticipated fights in the sport.
“I mean, that was on the one-yard line as well, but he has to rematch Lamont Roach,” Paul said on The Ariel Helwani Show in May.

“He wants to get that back, and then we’ll be back in discussions with Mr Gervonta.
“This is the nature of boxing. You have massive fights on the one-yard line, and they just fall through.”
