Showtime Boxing’s December video preview: 8 fights, 2 nights: Judah-Malignaggi, Broner-Maidana & much more

Showtime Boxing has a busy December, over two weekends, December 7th and December 14th, they have back to back quadrupleheaders. That’s eight fights over two nights, and some awesome action battles and big names included.

This is the official blurb from Showtime: This December Showtime brings you two exciting fights to end an already incredible year of boxing. First, Paulie Malignaggi meets Zab Judah to battle for Brooklyn bragging rights on December 7th Live! at 8PM ET/5PM PT. Then, Adrien Broner defends his WBA Welterweight title against Marcos Maidana on December 14th Live! at 8PM ET/5PM PT.

Of course, as mentioned, there’s much more than that. It’s back to back quadrupleheaders on Showtime Boxing in December, which means eight fights in two nights, and a ton of great action to expect:

December 7th in Brooklyn:

  • Zab Judah vs. Paulie Malignaggi
  • Devon Alexander vs. Shawn Porter – IBF Welterweight Title
  • Austin Trout vs. Erislandy Lara
  • Sakio Bika vs. Anthony Dirrell – WBC Super Middleweight Title

December 14th in San Antonio:

  • Adrien Broner vs. Marcos Maidana – WBA Welterweight Title
  • Keith Thurman vs. Jesus Soto-Karass
  • Leo Santa Cruz vs. Cesar Seda – WBC Super Bantamweight Title
  • Victor Ortiz vs. Alfonso Gomez
