Moses Itauma and Oleksandr Usyk seem to be on a collision course to one day meet in the ring.
Itauma extended his unbeaten record this weekend and Usyk has had his say.
The 20-year-old returned to the ring on Saturday as main event for the first time in his 13th fight career.
Frank Warren’s newest prospect stopped veteran Dillian Whyte in just two minutes of the first round.

Usyk spoke to BoxNation where he gave his first reaction to Itauma’s recent win.
“A great man a great fight.
“I think Itauma is the future for boxing.
“I like this guy.”
Usyk remains at the top of the heavyweight division after claiming the undisputed championship for the second time.

The 38-year-old is set to return to the ring, confirming his intention to continue boxing.
Usyk has applied for an extension for his mandatory deadline to make a fight with WBO number one ranked, Joseph Parker which was set to expire on the August 23.
Parker spoke to Pro Boxing Fans and revealed what he understands of the extension.
“Yeah he has asked for an extension, he’s got a back injury.
“He deserves his time to rest and recover, spend time with his family.
“You never know what they’re planning, you just have to take it for what it is.
“He’s fought, everyone he has seen everything, he has seen all the style’s put infant of him but I feel I have something different.”
Parker remains a name being mentioned for the Ukrainian.
The 33-year-old has impressed in his fights since a loss to Joe Joyce in 2022.

The New Zealander has shone in performances against Zhilei Zhang, Deontay Wilder, Martin Bakole and more.
Another name mentioned for a fight with Usyk is WBC interim champion, Agit Kabayel who also boasts an impressive resume with wins over Zhilei Zhang, Arslanbek Makhmudov and Frank Sanchez.
Kabayel looks set to have a local fight In Germany so a fight with Usyk remains unlikely next.
Usyk was asked if he would be interested in a fight with Itauma and showed levels of interest.

“Yeah definitely.”
