Vitali Klitschko (44-2, 40 KOs), and Manuel Charr (21-0, 11 KOs), held their open work out at the Park Krasnaya Presnya in Moscow, Russia on Wednesday afternoon. Both fighters were showing off their boxing skills in preparation for their heavyweight championship fight this Saturday, September 8. The photos and the video are all in black and white, and are by Michael Sterling Eaton. The video isn’t just of the workout itself, but in Klitschko arriving to the event, meeting with fans and more.
More than 300 boxing fans showed up in the early afternoon hours to watch. WBC Champion Klitschko and Charr will face off at the Olimpiyskiy arena in Moscow.
The Klitschko vs. Charr fight will be televised on HBO this Saturday night prior to the start of the Andre Ward vs. Chad Dawson fight. It’s projected to be a very one-sided fight, but fight fans will get to see Klitschko in action, and hopefully dispatching of his opponent in his impressive fashion.
