World Series of Boxing finals to be held on May 10-11 in Kazakhstan

World Series of Boxing (WSB) would like to remind fans that it will hold its 2013 Team Finals on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11 at 8:00pm, at the Saryarka Velodrome of Astana, Kazakhstan. This will conclude the third season of the World Series of Boxing, which is continuing to expand internationally into new countries and regions, while signing up many of the top amateur fighters from around the globe.

With two of the best Franchises from this season, Ukraine Otamans and Astana Arlans Kazakhstan lining-up their top stars such as Vasyl Lomachenko, Oleksandr Gvozdyk, Oleksandr Usyk for the Otamans and Samat Bashenov, Sergiy Derevyanchenko and Ruslan Myrsatayev for the Arlans, the 2013 WSB Team Finals promises to be the best in WSB’s three year history.

The WSB hasn’t really taken off in the U.S., although in local markets, fans caught on. However, around the rest of the world, it seems to be doing pretty big business. And anybody who watched the 2012 London Olympics will appreciate seeing the likes of Lomachenko and Usyk in action whenever they get the chance to do so.
