Let’s face it, anybody who watched the first fight believes that Pacquiao should have won. Yet, it was Bradley who had his hand raised. That’s why, despite an otherwise uneventful first fight, that we have a rematch here. But because of the changes in circumstances for these two guys since they first met, the rematch has some real anticipation and build-up.
Pacquiao of course was brutally knocked out by his rival Juan Manuel Marquez. Bradley fought Marquez after that, and earned himself a close, but fair, decision victory. So their places in the sport have changed drastically, and many people that Bradley will actually be able to come out as the winner in the second match.
The perceived gap between the two fighters has certainly closed, but Pacquiao is certainly still the favorite here, and he’s also hungry for vengeance, and justice. He very much wants to erase that stain from his ledger, and he’s sick of being Mr. Nice Guy in the ring. He’s ready to do battle and take care of business.
Pacquiao vs. Bradley Fight Time
The expected starting Pacquiao vs. Bradley fight time should be at about 11:30 pm Eastern. It all depends, of course, on how long the three undercard fights end up lasting. The undercard is mostly devoid of big name fights and big name fighters, although there are a few intriguing match-ups on there. Most fans will clearly be interested in the main event itself.
