HBO Boxing weigh-in results & photos: Jennings vs. Ortiz, Walters vs. Sosa

The main event of Saturday night’s HBO card features Bryant Jennings taking on Luis Ortiz in heavyweight attraction scheduled for 12 rounds. Right here, you can find the full weigh-in results for the Jennings vs. Ortiz card.

Opening up the telecast from Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, NY is a 10-round junior lightweight rumble that showcases Nicholas Walters in a matchup against Jason Sosa.


Official Jennings vs. Ortiz Weights from Verona:

  • Bryant Jennings: 229.5 lbs.
  • Luis Ortiz: 239 lbs.

Walters vs. Sosa Weights:

  • Nicholas Walters: 129.5 lbs.
  • Jason Sosa: 130 lbs.

In the HBO Latino main event, Cuban light heavyweight Yunieski Gonzalez (16-1, 12 KOs) fighting out of Miami, Florida takes on the undefeated Vyacheslav “Lion Heart – Chigonskyy” Shabranskyy (14-0, 12 KOs) of Los Angeles, in the 10-round light heavyweight headliner. Both fighters weighed in today at 175 lbs.

In the co-main event “King” Gabriel Rosado (21-9, 13 KOs) of Philadelphia makes his return to the ring against Joshua “Grand Master” Clottey (39-4, 22 KOs) of Accra, Ghana, in a 10-round junior middleweight contest. Rosado tipped the scales at 158 lbs., while Clottey weighed in at 157 lbs.
