Klitschko Message to Fans: Video; Mormeck Fight Rescheduled for March 3, 2012

In this special video clip, Wladimir Klitschko talks directly to his fans about the cancellation of his title defense against Jean Marc Mormeck. He had to have two surgeries to remove a kidney stone, and the fight was canceled on short notice. Wlad Klitschko explains it all to his fans here, and he takes the time to do it in three languages (including English). Watch it right here.

So, the Klitschko-Mormeck fight is rescheduled for March 3, 2012, and it will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany, at the ESPIRIT Arena, which is where the fight was supposed to be to begin with.

He thanks the fans for all of their support, and he asks that everyone understands why the fight needed to be postponed and everything like that. But he’s in good spirits and tells everyone that he’s in perfect health now and will be able to get back on track with his career in the new year.

It’s fun to see a fighter reach out straight to his fans like this, so props to Wlad Klitschko for putting this video together.
