Jake Paul has claimed he wants to fight Oleksandr Usyk one day.

Usyk faced off with Paul after his stoppage victory over Daniel Dubois.

’The Problem Child’ continues to throw his name in the hat for crazy matchups.

Paul has claimed he wants to fight names including Anthony Joshua, Canelo Alvarez and now Oleksandr Usyk.

Usyk’s manager Egis Klimas has responded to this matchup.

In an interview with Boxing King Media Klimas claimed uysk would never fight Paul and would be jailed if it happened.

“Well Jake Paul, you know, when it comes to Jake Paul we’re not talking about the boxing because we would be probably put in the jail for murder.

“We all understand we can’t put Jake Paul and Oleksandr in the ring for boxing.”

The 38 year old picked up a huge victory over Daniel Dubois that will only boost his legacy when he leaves the sport.

Usyk became a three-time undisputed world champion, knocking Daniel Dubois out in the fifth round of their rematch.

Klimas claimed that Usyk would not be interested in a matchup with the ‘Problem Child’ in a boxing ring but could be tempted with a fight in a cage.

“There is no way, and Oleksandr will never do that, but of course because Jake Paul was a wrestler and what I heard he was a good wrestler when he was growing up, he knows how to wrestle, he knows how to fight a little bit.

“I think MMA would be the perfect thing to do.”

Paul was a former amateur wrestler based in Ohio before turning to the boxing ring.

He is also signed to MMA promotion PFL so a meeting between Paul and the Ukrainian may not be as far fetched as it seems.

‘The Cat’s’ next steps are now unknown however retirement seems very unlikely after stating in the ring “38 is still young”.

The Ukrainian did confirm he wants to rest now in his post fight press conference but a return to the ring can be expected at some point in the future.

Paul continues to stir up the boxing world, claiming he wanted Anthony Joshua next on the DAZN broadcast on Saturday but definitely seems keen on a meeting with Usyk one day.
