Prospect Update: Janks Trotter Has Title Plans by End of 2012

Fan Base Promotions is pushing the envelope with Light Middleweight Janks Trotter. They want him to fight for a title by the end of 2012. Trotter is 5-0-1 with 5 knockouts and he is scheduled to fight Jordan Clarke in Edmonton on October 7 at the Shaw Conference Center.

After Edmonton, he will fight in Calgary on November 4 at the Chinese Cultural Center. Ever since his explosive knockout (ESPN July 8) Trotter has been a hot commodity. His name is beginning to hit the  newspapers  and reach the airways.

Unfortunately, the facts are often misconstrued.  In a recent interview, Trotter set the record straight by telling reporters that he was never a Canadian Olympic hopeful. Some blogger spread the little white lie and it began to find ink across the country. What is true is the fact  that  Trotter was once a world class BMX Racer. As for the Olympian rumor, Canada hasn’t had the funding for an Olympian boxing team in years, if ever!

Trotter was born in Leftbridge Alberta, Canada  and fights out of Calgary  AB Canada where he works in the construction industry. He is managed by Fan Base Promotions and  their agreement was cemented by a handshake. Trotter is definitely Old School. Trotter predicts a  championship Belt…time will tell.
