Mike Tyson has given his prediction for Saturday’s mega fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford.
Tyson is expected to be ringside at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, as Canelo defends his undisputed super middleweight crown against Crawford, live on Netflix.
Crawford, 37, is moving up two weight classes to challenge Alvarez and is a significant underdog to pull off the upset, in what is undoubtedly the most highly-anticipated fight of the year.
Former undisputed heavyweight champion, Tyson is hopeful the Omaha man can defy the odds, but admits he is leaning towards Alvarez to retain his titles.
“It’s tricky,” the 59-year-old told The Big Podcast with Shaq.

“I want Crawford to win, but it doesn’t look like it is going to happen.
“I would like for that to happen but this guy is a hard puncher, he’s a smart fighter, he can move.
“I’m just curious, I just wanna see it. I wanna be there to see it.
“Because listen, there’s been upsets like that before.
“Henry Armstrong at 124 lbs, he beat the 146lbs champ [Barney Ross].
“So, you know, you never know.
“Anything can happen when two men are in the ring.”

Crawford, who has been out of the ring since capturing the WBA super welterweight title from Israil Madrimov last August, is looking to make history by becoming only the sixth male to become a five-weight world champion and the first man to become a three-weight undisputed champion.
Alvarez reclaimed the undisputed championship with a unanimous decision victory over William Scull in May in his first fight under Turki Alalshikh’s Riyadh Season banner, whom he signed a four-fight agreement with.
Victory for the 35-year-old Mexican great on Saturday is expected to lead to a showdown with either Chris Eubank Jr or Hamzah Sheeraz, who knocked out Edgar Berlanga in July.
David Benavidez, a long-time rival of Alvarez, has claimed that Alalshikh is looking to match the pair together in the fourth fight of the deal.
“Turki Alalshikh told me that he wants me to fight Canelo at the end of the four-fight contract,” the 28-year-old told clockednloaded.
“He said that, but at the end of the day it comes down to Canelo.
“If Canelo don’t want to fight, he don’t have to fight nobody.”
