The Hey Harold video series from HBO Boxing is back, and this time, Harold Lederman is offering his thoughts on this weekend’s Ruslan Provodnikov vs. Chris Algieri. So, hey Harold, what do you think about these guys?
Lederman is excited about Provodnikov fighting in New York. He’s just a beast, and he can’t wait to see him in action again.
He also thinks that Algieri is a very talented, skilled young fighter. Algieri is going to need to be boxing and moving, and staying away. Lederman believes that Algieri will have a chance to cut him up, and could potentially do some damage in that fashion, and hope to get the fight stopped on account of those cuts. But it won’t be easy for Algieri, of course.
He’s pretty inexperienced at the upper level of the sport, but he’ll have plenty of local fans in there with him at Barclays in Brooklyn.
