Kristaps Zutis vs Nikita Smirovs – Big Fight Preview

The boxing continues in Latvia with LNK this Halloween evening as LNK FIGHT NIGHT 17 takes place on FITE TV.

LNK return with FIGHT NIGHT 17 October 31st.

Baltic promotional outfit LNK Boxing returns to action this Saturday, October 31st with its 17th edition of the rapidly expanding LNK FIGHT NIGHT series live on FITE.tv

Despite pandemic, LNK Boxing has managed to continue its promotional operations with shows in July, August and most recently hosted the MTK Golden Contract semi-final between Ricards Bolotniks and Hosea Burton from the Latvian capital, Riga.

Seven professional boxing bouts will take place on the show. A local Heavyweight grudge match between Kristaps Zutis (7-1-2) and Nikita Smirovs (5-0) tops the card.

It’s a fight surrounded in controversy with the pair battling it out in an exhibition contest over two years ago, with Zutis taking the decision. This time around we will see these two Latvian fighters in a sanctioned contest over six rounds.

Super Featherweight Artjoms Ramlavs (12-1) of Riga, Latvia faces Tanzanian Nasibu Ramadhani (30-15-2) over eight rounds. Ramadhani got back to winning ways this July after getting disqualified in Moscow against Nikolai Potapov.

Ramlavs is coming off an impressive stoppage victory against Ahmet Cicek in August on LNK FIGHT NIGHT 16, looking to continue that form on Saturday night to get in contention for some big fights in 2021.

The talented Emils Spiss (4-0) squares off against the experienced Ivan Levickis (31-35) over six rounds in the Super Welterweight division, the winner will claim supremacy over the 154 pound division in Latvia.

Deniss Savdons (4-0) faces Stanislav Makarenko (4-12-2) in another all-Latvian encounter from the Light Heavyweight division.

The Baby-faced Assassin, Jekaterina Marcenko (2-0) looks to continue her fine start to her professional career in the Lightweight division in a six round contest.

American, Super Lightweight, Elvina ‘The Warrior’ White (3-0) will also be in action alongside much more competitive entertainment.

You can watch the event live on FITE.tv on October 31st from 17:00 GMT, 12:00 EST & 10:00 PST.
