Manny Pacquiao vs. Brandon Rios U.S. tour begins at ESPN on Monday, continues in NYC Tuesday

Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KOs) and Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios (31-1-1, 22 KOs), will visit ESPN’s Bristol, Conn. headquarters on Monday, Aug. 5, appearing on various platforms including SportsCenter and First Take.

It’s the first stop of the Pacquiao vs. Rios press tour here in the U.S., after the pair and their teams toured around China, making stops in Macau, Beijing and Shanghai. Along the way, they visited the Great Wall together, hung out with Yao Ming, and more.

Rios and Pacquiao will meet in a 12-round welterweight bout, Saturday, Nov. 23, at The VenetianMacao’s Cotai Arena, in Macau, China. The fight will be available on HBO Pay-Per-View.

Then, on Tuesday, the tour continues as the Pacquiao vs. Rios entourage moves to New York City for the first official press conference in the states for the bout. The event will be held at Jing Fong Restaurant (20 Elizabeth St. — between Canal & Baynard Sts. — New York, NY 10013) with the press conference beginning at 3:30 p.m ET.

Pacquiao and Rios are wrapping up the Asian phase of their unprecedented seven-stop, 23,722-mile international media tour which included Macau, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore. Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum and Edward Tracy, President and CEO of Sands China Ltd., will be joining the fighters in New York along with Trainer of the Year Robert Garcia of Team Rios.
