She guides four total-body workouts combining strength and toning exercises with high-intensity cardio to get exercisers fired up and feeling good. As one of the top boxers in the world, Esparza is passionate about the health and cardiovascular benefits of boxing training and wants to share her unique knowledge. Targeted at boxing fans and newcomers to the sweet science alike, her new workouts will help build strength, agility, cardio fitness, and mental toughness-not to mention a fit, lean and strong physique ($16.99; 55 minutes, plus bonus; AcaciaLifestyle.com).

Designed with the help of her trainer Mike Bazzel, known for his work with numerous professional boxers, Power Boxing Workout shares the unique workout routine that gets Esparza into fighting shape for competitions all over the world. This complete boxing regimen will vigorously work the entire body, from warm-up to core exercises and legwork to upper body, combining the right moves for a genuine boxing experience. Exercisers will learn how to throw punches correctly, use legs effectively for true punching power, and how to build a strong core, the right way.

One of the most well known athletes in women’s boxing, Esparza has spent more than half her life in the sweet science after choosing the sport over dance classes at age 11. The flyweight star became the United States’ first female Olympic boxing medalist with her bronze medal victory in London. She has dominated the national scene since her first USA Boxing National Championship in 2006, winning seven gold medals in the event since that time. Esparza is currently preparing to defend her flyweight title at the 2014 USA Boxing National Championships and is one of only five American boxers selected to live and train at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. Despite her bronze medal win in London, Esparza hopes to top that performance with a gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

In addition to her success in the squared circle, Esparza has enjoyed a fruitful career outside of boxing. One of the breakout stars at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, Esparza currently enjoys sponsorships with Nike and other major brands and is working on her first book as well as her own line of active wear. As a successful Hispanic female athlete, she is an inspiration to young girls and fans across the globe and is currently traveling throughout the United States as a motivational speaker. Her intelligence and charisma has made her a media darling to numerous major press outlets, including CNN, Vogue and People Magazine and she was recently featured in ESPN the Magazine’s highly-acclaimed Body Issue.

Esparza works closely with the young women looking to follow in her history-making footsteps and the Power Boxing Workout will give her the opportunity to motivate people throughout the world looking to get in to fighting shape like her.
