Manzur looks to rip up the script in what will be her first attempt at world honours.
The 27-year-old has been beaten four times in her 18-fight career, but is on a run of five straight victories.

Harvey returns
In the chief support of Serrano vs Manzur, 2024 Olympian Jahmal Harvey is back in action. Now the 23-year-old featherweight looks to continue his bright start to the professional ranks when he meets Hammet Kowany Keb del Valle.
Since turning professional, Harvey (3-0, 2 KOs) secured his third win in April, stopping Daniel Vicente Lugo Valdez in the fifth round
Prediction: Harvey can become the second man to stop Keb del Valle.

Flores-Mortensen clash for world title
Mayelli Flores aims to become world champion again. This time she clashes with Melissa Mortensen for the vacant WBA super bantamweight title
Flores put in a relentless display, but Ellie Scotney outclassed her in the end. It was a bid for the undisputed super bantamweight crown in April.
Scotney has since vacated her belts, as she moves up to featherweight.
