Showtime Boxing had a landmark 2013. They managed to snag Floyd Mayweather, and then showcased his two fights for the year against Robert Guerrero and Canelo Alvarez.
They showcased Danny Garcia’s big win over Lucas Matthysse, and before that Matthysse’s big win over Lamont Peterson. There was the shocking knockout loss of Abner Mares against Jhonny Gonzalez, and the huge, cathartic for everyone win of Marcos Maidana over Adrien Broner. And much, much more.
