As you can see from the above photos, Arreola seems to be in pretty good condition, all things considering, for himself. And he seems focused on the upcoming clash and the opportunity it provides.
On April 27, Arreola challenges the heavy-hitting WBC #2 World Contender Bermane “B.Ware” Stiverne (22-1-1, 20 KOs) in a 12-round WBC World Championship Heavyweight Elimination bout with the winner guaranteed to fight for the World Championship in his next bout. Also featured in 8 and 4 round bouts, respectively, twins Javier and Oscar Molina, who will enter the ring prior to the start of the Arreola-Stiverne bout.
Doors open at Citizens Business Bank Arena at 2:30 p.m for this special HBO “Boxing Before Dark” event. The first bout starts at 3:00 p.m. with the scheduled 12-round bout between Arreola-Stiverne to begin at 5:30 p.m.
