Dubois vs Wardley preview: Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley will meet in a highly-anticipated world heavyweight title rematch in London on Saturday. Check out the Dubois vs Wardley prediction below.

Dubois makes a first defence of his WBO crown against Wardley at the O2 Arena. Meanwhile, DAZN pay-per-view broadcast the rematch live worldwide.

The pair put on a dramatic fight of the year contender in May. Dubois roared back from two first-round knockdowns to halt the Ipswich man in the 11th round in Manchester.

Moreover, the Londoner became a two-time heavyweight world champion.

Wardley activated his rematch clause and will become a two-time champion himself if he gains revenge. However, many feel the five-month turnaround may be too soon, following a punishing first bout.

Dubois vs Wardley prediction: Having absorbed Wardley’s best shots and overwhelmed him late on, Dubois will be confident of a repeat victory. I expect him to get the job done quicker this time and stop Wardley around the halfway mark.

O’Doherty vs Gomez Jr, Jalolov-Dacres

In the chief support of Dubois vs Wardley 2, Louie O’Doherty defends his British and Commonwealth lightweight titles against Michael Gomez Jr.

O’Doherty added the Commonwealth crown to his British belt with a unanimous decision win over Ahmed Hatim in May. Meanwhile, Gomez Jr fell short in his bid for British and Commonwealth straps at the weight below last February.

He did score stoppage victories over Jordan Flynn and most recently Lee McGregor in May.

Prediction: O’Doherty can score a points win.

Elsewhere, double Olympic gold medalist, Bakhodir Jalolov should stop Solomon Dacres early in their heavyweight clash.

Dubois vs Wardley Preview – Remaining Undercard

Nelson Birchall may need all 10 rounds to see off the durable Levi Giles in their super featherweight bout. Meanwhile, his younger brother Leighton Birchall can do the same against Alejandro Morales Chazaro.

Also, on the Dubois vs Wardley preview, Roy Jones Jr-trained, Tony Curtis will likely outpoint Kerim Agius, while Fawas Aborode may go the distance for the first time in victory over Rashid Omar.
