HBO Boxing will replay the shocking and exciting Miguel Cotto vs. Sergio Martinez fight results on Saturday, June 14, at 10 pm. Cotto vs. Martinez took place on June 7th at New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden and was aired on HBO pay-per-view.

In one of the hottest prizefights of the first half of the year, Martinez and Cotto — two of boxing’s most celebrated superstars — met for the middleweight championship. Cotto absolutely dominated Martinez, knocking him down 3 times in the opening round and then continuing to batter him until his corner waved it off after the 9th.

It was a historical performance and night for Cotto, and likely the best win and best showing of his career. For Martinez, it was a big letdown, and perhaps a sign that he is finished.

Immediately following the replay, HBO presents the previously announced “HBO Boxing After Dark®” doubleheader from Brooklyn headlined by the world junior middleweight title fight between Ruslan Provodnikov and Chris Algieri.

We’ll be having all kinds of updates over the coming days, including changes to our championships and rankings and much more following the Cotto vs. Martinez results.
