Floyd Mayweather has defeated Manny Pacquiao, and now we can all move on with the rest of our lives. In the wake of that fight though, it’s time to go back to our rankings and make some updates. So we’ve updated both our top 20 pound for pound boxing list, as well as our top 10 welterweight division rankings. Take a look.

Of course, Mayweather remains the number 1 pound for pound fighter, and the welterweight division champion. But how about Pacquiao? How far does he fall in both lists?

He put on a good effort, he attacked, he threw a lot of punches. However, like many Mayweather opponents before him, it wasn’t enough to get the job done. How much should he be penalized for that, and how does he still stack up when you look at him versus the rest of the division, and the rest of the whole sport in a pound for pound sense?

That’s a lot of what we wrangled with before making the updates to the lists. Elsewhere, there’s been some other shakeup as well, but that’s all you really care about at this point, isn’t it?

So go ahead and take a look at our post- Mayweather vs. Pacquiao rankings updates, and chime in with your thoughts in the comments below.
