Pound for pound rankings update after Mayweather-Guerrero, Canelo-Trout, Donaire-Rigondeaux

It’s time to go back to our top 20 pound for pound list after all of the major fights over the past month. We’ve been holding out on making our latest update, awaiting the Floyd Mayweather vs. Robert Guerrero results. With another dominant victory for Mayweather, his place as the number 1 pound for pound fighter in the world is secure.

However, there has been plenty of other action which does indeed warrant changes to our list. Dive in below and take a look the who’s who of the Sweet Science today.

How high does Saul “Canelo” Alvarez go after his victory over Austin Trout? How far does Nonito Donaire drop from his loss to Guillermo Rigondeaux, and where does The Jackal get slotted from that win? How about Abner Mares and his latest triumph, toppling Daniel Ponce de Leon in his featherweight debut? Do Robert Guerrero and Brian Viloria get ousted from the list with their latest setbacks?

Lots of great fighters have been in action, and so our pound for pound list has definitely been changed up quite a bit.
