Harold Lederman is back with his latest Hey Harold video segment for HBO Boxing, this time taking a look at the Canelo Alvarez vs. Amir Khan fight slated for just over a week away, on Saturday, May 7th on HBO pay-per-view.

He calls Canelo vs. Khan a dynamite fight that he’s very excited for, and that if he was watching at home, he’d be getting it on PPV to watch. He’s amazed that Canelo is still just 25 years old, with 48 fights and everything he’s accomplished.

It’s his first middleweight title defense, and he admits that he’s basically fighting a welterweight. But with Amir Khan being trained by Virgil Hunter, he thinks that’s one of the absolute great trainers in boxing right now.

Is Canelo too strong? Can Amir Khan out-box him? Those are the two big questions, and that makes for a great night of boxing in his opinion. He says that it’s guaranteed that it’s going to be one of the great fights of the year.
