Tyson Fury has dropped a bombshell on his infamous spar with long-time rival Anthony Joshua.
Fury and Joshua are on the verge of meeting in a long overdue heavyweight clash in November.
The pair sparred once in 2010, two years before ‘AJ’ secured a gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics.
’The Gypsy King’ was asked to recall the session prior to his victory over Mariusz Wach in Thailand last month and the Manchester man insists his rival was withdrawn.
“He was an amateur boxer, I was a pro 10-0 or something,” the 38-year-old said to Pro Box TV.
“There was a lot of people in the gym, so there’s a lot of witnesses there.
“I remember in about round four he started putting his knees up in the corner and I was like, ‘what the f*** is this?’
“And then they pulled him out and put someone else in.”
This appears to contradict what Fury said in the immediate aftermath of the spar, where he suggested Joshua got the better of him.

“I just went down to Finchley Boxing Club and sparred the ABA champion Anthony Joshua,” he told BBC Radio London.
“He’s red hot him, very good.
“To be honest with you I thought, ‘I’ll only take it easy because he’s only an amateur and he probably won’t spar me again if I go mad.’
“He rushed out at me, he threw a one-two and left hook and he hit me with an uppercut right on the point of the chin.
“If I’d had a weak chin like David Price I’d have been knocked out for a month.
“He’s very, very, very good and he’s only young.
“Watch out for that name, Anthony Joshua, he is one prospect for the future.”
Their long-awaited clash appears to be heading to New York with Madison Square Garden the frontrunner to stage it.
Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn claims their contract states the bout must happen in the UK and should organisers want it to be held in the USA, the contract would have to be renegotiated.
A day after Fury’s victory over Wach, ‘AJ’ climbed off the canvas twice in the opening round to knock out Kristian Prenga in the second round in Saudi Arabia.
