HBO Boxing programming: Pacquiao-Algieri Under the Lights on Saturday; Fight Game on Tuesday 18th

HBO Sports, introduces an all-new special when Under the Lights Pacquiao vs. Algieri debuts this Saturday, Nov. 15 at 11:45 p.m. on HBO. The special will dig deep and put the upcoming HBO PPV showdown on Nov. 22 between  Manny Pacquiao and challenger Chris Algieri under the spotlight.

Hosted by HBO Boxing commentator Max Kellerman, Under the Lights will feature two respected and opinionated experts: accomplished welterweight star Timothy Bradley Jr. and renowned trainer Virgil Hunter.  Bradley has fought Pacquiao twice, earning a split-decision victory in 2012 and coming up short in the 2014 rematch. Both Hunter and Bradley are well known for their honest opinions and assessments.

Immediately following the premiere of Under the Lights, HBO will present a same day encore replay of the world heavyweight championship fight from Hamburg as Wladimir Klitschko meets Kubrat Pulev at midnight.

Then, HBO Boxing is back next Tuesday, when The Fight Game returns for its latest edition on Tuesday, November 18 at 11 pm. Hosted by the four-time Sports Emmy® winner, who has been the host of HBO Boxing since joining the network in 1988, the show is a provocative, engaging and informative experience that delves into intriguing storylines, newsmakers and issues that are top-of-mind in boxing.

On this edition of The Fight Game: a review of Sergey Kovalev’s dominant win over legendary pugilist Bernard Hopkins in their light heavyweight title unification fight and a look at where Kovalev goes from here; a recap of the Nov. 15 Wladimir Klitschko-Kubrat Pulev heavyweight title fight; a preview of the Nov. 22 welterweight title showdown between superstar Manny Pacquiao and challenger Chris Algieri; new rankings for THE FIGHT GAME’s Pound for Pound List and Gatti List; and a closing commentary from Lampley.
