George Liddard vies for the vacant European middleweight title when he faces Dario Morello in London on Saturday.
Liddard (14-0, 8 KOs) meets Morello (26-1, 4 KOs) at the Copper Box Arena in Hackney.
‘The Billericay Bomber’ moves up to European level after successfully defending his British and Commonwealth titles for the first time in March with a unanimous decision win over Tyler Denny.
The 24-year-old ripped away the belts from Kieron Conway in a 10th round stoppage victory five months prior.
Morello previously held the WBO Global welterweight title before losing it in a sole professional defeat to Luther Clay in 2019.
The Italian has won 11 in a row since, but had to climb off the canvas in his last outing before taking the vacant EBU Silver middleweight crown with a unanimous decision win over Faton Vukshinaj in November.
