Fight fans have been looking forward to this one as an interesting clash of styles, and a battle between the last two men to defeat Manny Pacquiao. Of course, the older, counter-punching Marquez knocked Pacquiao out cold in the 4th fight of their epic series, while the younger, stronger Bradley needed a very controversial decision to grab his victory.
Marquez is the slight favorite in the fight, but he’s far from a lock, and either man could come out ahead in this battle, which has major implications in each man’s career and their immediate futures. The winner, or maybe the loser, could wind up facing Pacquiao again next.
On the undercard, Orlando Salido and Orlando Cruz battle for a vacant featherweight title. Also featured will be the pro debut of Olympic great Vasyl Lomachenko, who’s stepping in for one of the hardest 1st pro fights in modern history, and a showcase of the undefeated prospect Seanie Monaghan.
Bradley vs. Marquez Fight Time
The Bradley-Marquez PPV begins at 9 pm Eastern tonight, Saturday, June 12th. However, with three undercard fights lined up, the expected Bradley vs. Marquez fight time won’t be until about 11:30 PM or later.
