If you have Manny Pacquiao as a top 3 pound for pound fighter, you’re dead wrong

One of the most common, and most commonly fabricated, story lines we’ve seen heading into Saturday night’s Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight is that it’s the meeting of the top two pound for pound fighters in the world.
