Manny Pacquiao has been making the rounds on a media tour to promote his second fight with Timothy Bradley. Of course, the big topic at hand, as always, is still the potential fight with Floyd Mayweather.

While most hardcore fans have given up and moved on, the mainstream media doesn’t know what else to talk about! So, when Pacquiao was interviewed by Keith Olbermann on Wednesday evening, he was asked about fighting Floyd Mayweather. Watch a clip of the video interview with Pacquiao here, and see what he had to say.

Olbermann: Are you going to fight Floyd Mayweather at some point?

Pacquiao: I want the fight, but it’s up to him. What I can say now is that our line is open 24 hours, seven days a week, if he will call and say yes, then the fight will happen.

Olbermann: Operators are standing by, as they say.

So, what else is new?

There’s always going to be chatter about a Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight, but there hasn’t been any progress. While we all know it’s already four years too late, most of us would certainly watch anyway, which is why it’s endlessly in the chatter.
