With the clock ticking until June 7th, on Saturday night, HBO Boxing debuted the Face Off Cotto vs. Martinez special with Max Kellerman. Right here, you can watch that in its entirety to get a look at the intense meeting between the two great fighters, each of whom had plenty to say about the other.
Shots were fired in the Cotto vs. Martinez Face Off with Max Kellerman session. Martinez calls Cotto a diva; Cotto calls Martinez side B. Martinez says Cotto has always lost to the side A, Cotto talks about how he’s been here and done that.
Not necessarily surprisingly, but Martinez beats Cotto in the war of words here. Cotto is more of a doer, not a sayer, and while his stare said more than enough, Martinez got the flashier verbal jabs in. But it was a fun one to watch on both sides, and there’s some legitimate dislike there which has brewed in the build up to this fight.
