British two – time Olympian and former world amateur champion, Savannah Marshall has turned professional and has signed to Mayweather Promotions. The announcement was made last Thursday at the Gervonta Davis vs Liam Walsh press conference and the 25 year old from Hartlepool, UK described it as a “dream come true”. She has appeared at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games and has won gold at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
