Katie Taylor made another successful defence of her undisputed lightweight title, as she handily outscored Karen Elizabeth Carabajal over ten rounds at the Wembley Arena.

Taylor (22-0, KO6) had long reigned as undisputed champion, and had most recently overcame Amanda Serrano, her closest rival, at Madison Square Garden in New York back in April. A rematch between the two had been mooted. Carabajal (19-1, KO2) had never fought outside her native Argentina, and was competing levels above her usual level.

Scores of 100-91, 99-91 and 98-92 were enough for the Irishwoman to retain her WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO titles.

Kiko Martinez (44-11-2, KO31) again defied logic, as he claimed the European featherweight title with a fourth round stoppage of Jordan Gill (27-2-1, KO8). The former Two-time world champion dropped Gill four times on the way to an emphatic win.

Gary Cully (15-0, KO9) impressed again, needing less than a round to deal with Jaouad Belmehdi (16-1-3, KO7) in their lightweight encounter set for ten.

Ellie Scotney (6-0, KO0) became the new European super bantamweight champion, as she outpointed Mary Romero (8-3, KO2). Scotney took the win by scores of 97-93, 97-94 and 96-94.

Johnny Fisher (7-0, KO6) secured the quickest win of his pro career, as he halted Dominik Musil (7-5, KO5) inside a round. The Romford heavyweight dropped Musil twice with chopping right hands, and after a follow up attack, the referee waved the contest off.

Mickey Ellison (14-4, KO5) retained his Central Area light heavyweight title, as he took the win by a single point against Thomas Whittaker Hart (7-1, KO3). Ellison took the contest by a 95-94 margin.

Jordan Reynolds (6-0, KO1) remained unbeaten, taking a 60-55 win in his six round super welterweight contest with Jose Manuel Lopez Clavero (16-19-1, KO5).

John Hedges (7-0, KO2) also stated undefeated, taking the unbeaten record of Ales Makovec (3-1, KO2) in a 60-53 win at light heavyweight.

Maisey Rose Courtney (1-0, KO0) made her debut, and took all four rounds against Judit Hachbold (5-18, KO1) minimum weight.
